Some people only care about being the top. The best out of the best. They trample on others just to reach the top. In the past it wasn't like this? OTL.

conceited society..?
Not long ago, a teacher of mine just spoke to us about how the society is changing.
The attitude of the society rather.
I have to agree with her. Everything is changing. Kids nowadays don't show as much respect to the elders compared to the past. The society is becoming selfish and self-centered. No one bothered to pick up litter when they see them. Well, perhaps very few. Those who litter didn't think about others. They littered causing inconvenience to others. They didn't care if it would cause inconvenience or whatsoever.
